 Proactif(ve), volontaire avec le goût du challenge et un fort esprit d'équipe organisé et savez gérer les priorités autonome<h2>Missions</h2>Accueillir le client et enregistrer les commandes sur le logiciel de caisse<br/>
Encaisser les commandes clients<br/>
Présenter et renseigner le client sur les produits proposés par l’enseigne <br/>
Etablir un fond de caisse, vérifier et compter la caisse à chaque fin de service<br/>
Vérification des stocks (boissons, desserts, salades, divers emballages)<br/>
Conception et contrôle des plannings<br/>
Passage des commandes<br/>
Reconquête client en cas de plainte-client<br/>
Co-fixer des objectifs et évaluer les performances de son équipe lors d’un briefing avant chaque service<br/>
Ventes additionnelles,<br/>

Hygiène et Sécurité<br/>
Evaluer les besoins en formation de son équipe et les faire remonter au manager<br/>
Etre un support opérationnel<br/>
Respecter la procédure de lavage des mains et le port de la tenue réglementaire<br/>
Superviser le personnel et s’assurer que les procédures (qualité produit et sécurité alimentaire, règles d’hygiène et de sécurité) sont respectées<br/>
Réceptionner les produits lors de la livraison et contrôler la conformité des produits puis renseigner le bon de livraison sur le cahier HACCP<br/>
Vérifier que les plannings de nettoyage et désinfection sont affichés dans les différentes zones du restaurant et dûment remplis

Our organisation has grown over the past decade and we're looking for motivated candidates with finance and insurance backgrounds to join our team as Investment Counsellors (brokerage division) to help us better the financial industry in France as we continue our expansion in Europe.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">The Investment Counsellor (brokerage division) ("AV IC") role is focused on building long standing relationships with our clients who are invested through insurance products such as <em>assurance vie</em> and certain other tax wrappers ("AV clients"), ensuring they receive exceptional service. AV ICs manage high-net-worth AV client relationships in France from our office in Luxembourg by serving as their primary contact. You would join our team as a French AV Investment Counsellor, reporting directly to the French expansion manager.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>The Day-To-Day:</strong></p><ul><li>Build long standing relationships with our AV clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service</li><li>Manage high-net-worth AV client relationships with approximately €100-150 million in assets in aggregate</li><li>Proactively provide portfolio updates and educate AV clients on financial markets, Fisher's market strategy and investment philosophy</li><li>Gain advanced finance, capital markets and insurance education through our training and mentoring program</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Your Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience offering Assurance Vie products to clients</li><li>Experience managing relationships of private clients within the banking/wealth/insurance management industry</li><li>Master’s Degree (ideally in Finance or Wealth Management)</li><li>A sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, insurance concepts, current events and the French market</li><li>Fluent French and English language skills.
