You are also responsible for supporting internal and external communication on site, maintaining a high standard of service in line with TOHAPI’s quality commitment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Guest Relations<ul><li>Greet guests upon arrival with a smile and a professional, welcoming attitude</li><li>Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including performing incoming and outgoing EDLs (inventory checks)</li><li>Ensure accurate entry of customer data into RESALYS (contact details, booking info, etc.)</li><li>Handle stay-related payments and promote ancillary sales</li><li>Provide guests with information on local tourism, medical services, and other practical needs</li><li>Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and forward messages as required</li><li>Support guests in resolving minor issues and direct concerns to relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, etc.)</li></ul>Administrative & Operational Tasks<ul><li>Maintain accurate and timely records of customer complaints, feedback, and requests</li><li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times</li><li>Assist in promoting the campsite and TOHAPI services through a positive, customer-focused attitude</li><li>Complete daily work time tracking and any other internal documentation</li><li>Monitor cash handling and ensure the cash register is accurate at the end of each shift</li><li>Uphold and follow all internal regulations and procedures set by the Reception Manager</li></ul>Required Skills & Qualities<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Well-presented, polite, and guest-oriented</li><li>Versatility, adaptability, and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Reliable, organised, discreet, and autonomous</li><li>Team spirit and a kind, helpful attitude</li><li>Good stress management, especially during peak season</li><li>Proficient with IT tools and booking software (knowledge of RESALYS is a plus)</li><li>Fluency in English and good working knowledge of one or more foreign languages (French, Dutch, German, etc.)</li></ul>Working Environment<ul><li>Interaction with internal staff across departments and external clients, owners, and service providers</li><li>Varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and high season</li><li>Position based at a TOHAPI campsite in France</li></ul>Performance Indicators<ul><li>Guest satisfaction, particularly reception-related Olakala score</li><li>Accuracy and efficiency in check-in/check-out processes</li><li>Quality of communication and responsiveness</li><li>Proper use of reservation systems and adherence to company procedures</li></ul>Nous attendons avec impatience votre candidatureVeuillez postuler directement via le bouton Postuler de Monster.
