Own, develop, and monitor KPIs to analyze sales performance, market conditions & competition including measuring campaign performance and optimization of marketing materials and digital campaigns Responsible for building all paid media planning in coordination with vendor and internal cross functional team to drive leads, track KPIs analyze web and social media traffic metrics to improve effectiveness Lead and develop the Marketing Team (1 Digital Marketing Specialist + 1 Senior Brand Manager) as well as the Direct to Consumer (DtC) team (3 customer advisors from the Customer Interaction Center) Leverage strength of experience to creatively introduce improvements in team operations and develop team members to their full potential Regularly coach the DtC team on Convatec selling skills through regular co-field days and optimize efficiency (analyze CRM database and targets, identify the right segmentation to enhance effectiveness of campaigns) Continually improve the defined actions based on running feedback from the sales forces and the Key Account Manager, regular customer contacts and data analysis Manage annual brand Advertising & Promotion budget - analyze & track ROI to focus on the most profitable actions Ensure competitive intelligence with effective monitoring, analysis of competitor activity Key Requirements You’re an accomplished marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years marketing experience, ideally with demonstrable experience of building, engaging, and developing a high performing team. Experience of the selling process in the medical device industry Good knowledge of core marketing principles and practices including brand development and positioning, integration of marketing messages with clinical data Understanding of the local medical device industry and legal/regulatory requirements Knowledge of local market/key customer groups and understanding of how to meet customer needs Excellent analytical skills demonstrated and strong understanding of the digital footprint including websites, social, community, mobile, email, and paid media Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment which includes interactions with multiple stakeholder groups as well as ability to develop a team culture that leads to ongoing excellence and achievement of goals Entrepreneur mindset and are willing to innovate.
