Suite à une absence, la Secrétaire Générale recherche un Assistant de Direction pour l'accompagner en CDD. <h4>Description du poste</h4>Directement rattaché à la Secrétaire Générale du cabinet, vous l'assisterez et l'accompagnerez dans ses tâches quotidiennes et plus particulièrement sur les missions suivantes : <ul><li>Assistanat classique : Gestion de la boîte mails, appels, suivi de dossiers, numérisation, etc. ;</li><li>Organisation de réunions ;</li><li>Compte-rendus de réunions ;</li><li>Gestion de la boîte recrutement (tri et suivi des candidatures) ;</li><li>Facturation (comptabilité fournisseurs, dématérialisation des factures, ZINDOC).</li></ul> <h4>Profil recherché</h4>Méthodique, organisé, souple, vous avez déjà travaillé au sein de cabinets d'Avocats et maîtrisez parfaitement les outils informatiques. Vous disposez idéalement d'une appétence pour les RH ainsi que pour la facturation.
