For one of our clients, a Law firm located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Training Officer ICT to reinforce their IT department.
You are fluent in English and Dutch and have an operational level in French
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
You have advanced knowledge of the entire Office 365 Suite
You have strong teaching and educational capacities
You are passionate about ICT
You are dynamic, outgoing, and highly organized
Experience with law firm software is a strong asset (Work10, PdfDocs, Litera, intapp)
Training portfolio & Courses Support:
Detect and analyse end-user training needs
Deliver courses with referenced materials for lawyers and staff and for new starters
Develop expertise on key software for business
Monitoring and training passport or other programs
Close collaboration with the Team based in Dutch office
Co-maintenance and development of ICT training portal
Design and development of communication materials
Design and development of e-learning and instructional videos
Review and processing of Telco subscriptions and invoices
A permanent full-time contract
€2800 - €3000 monthly gross salary + package
